NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
POSTPONEMENT OF THE INVESTITURE CEREMONY
Tarlac State University announces the postponement of the Investiture Ceremony of University President Dr. Jasper Jay N. Mendoza, originally scheduled on Friday, September 4, 2026.
The postponement is in consideration of the declaration of the State of Calamity in Tarlac Province, and the prevailing circumstances in the country brought about by the recent weather conditions.
This decision is made primarily to ensure the safety and well-being of all invited guests, officials, faculty, personnel, students, and other stakeholders who are expected to attend the ceremony.
The Investiture Ceremony will remain postponed until further notice. Information regarding the new schedule will be announced through the University’s official communication channels.
