Tarlac State University officially launched its new Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Strategic Directions under University President Dr. Jasper Jay N. Mendoza’s DALAN Framework during the flag-raising ceremony at the Main Campus on November 3.
The foundational statements were approved by the TSU Board of Regents through Resolution No. 150, s. 2026, during its 143rd Regular Board Meeting on October 29.
