TSU, Sinag Victoria Foundation opens scholarship grants to 27 students

Tarlac State University forged a partnership with the Sinag Victoria Foundation, Inc., to provide scholarship opportunities to 27 students residing in the Municipality of Victoria, Tarlac, on Tuesday (September 15), held at the Office of the University President.

Represented by Ms. Marie Stephanie Ong, the Sinag Victoria Foundation Scholarship program aims to expand access to quality education to students from disadvantaged families. Selected scholars may receive a monthly living allowance, book allowance, and other educational assistance from the foundation.

The number of scholars for the succeeding year will be determined based on the availability of the foundation's budget and is subject to the approval of its Board of Trustees.

Present in the Memorandum of Agreement signing ceremony are University President Dr. Jasper Jay N. Mendoza, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Brendalyn Manzano, Vice President for Administration Dr. Marlon Gamido, Student Affairs and Services Director Dr. Andie Rafael Quiballo, Scholarship and Financial Assistance Unit OIC-Head Mr. Allan Santos, and Sinag Victoria Foundation Representative Ms. Andrea Michelle Asiaten.
